Description
The objectives of the activity shall be to identify and justify opportunities for cooperation between the PRC and the ARTES participating states industry. The logic of the activity shall consist in (1) Collecting information about the mode of operation, funding, relationship, regulation between players (R&D, production, decision management, export, internal market, value chain) in PRC (2) To position the future technical and commercial definition of products, organisation of structures, commercial and state policies of both China and ARTES participating states.... (3) To compare the relative strengths of Chinese and ARTES participating states produc, technologies, and roadmaps (4) To define principles for cooperation between the Chinese and ARTES participating states that are specific to the telecommunication sector and to propose ad hoc precise action plans to be engaged at the ARTES work-plan level.
